Shipping policy

Orders usually ship within 2 business days unless there is a holiday. To ensure the fastest turnaround be sure to enter correct credit card and other information so there is no delay when verifying your information.

Order Verification:

Our policy is to hold orders until all verifications are complete.

• Large orders will be held for review.
• We do not ship to freight forwarders or depot boxes.
• If the billing and shipping are not the same, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping Rates:

We do not offer free shipping.

Delivery:

Signature required on delivery.

USA:

US customers may be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery - these should normally be built into the prices and shipping but sometimes errors may occur. Orders to the USA are usually shipped by FedEx. 

International:

For orders outside of Canada and the USA, we are currently not shipping.
