Shipping policy

Orders usually ship within 2 days. To ensure the fastest turnaround be sure to enter correct credit card and other information so there is no delay when verifying your information.

Order Verification:

Our policy is to hold orders until all verifications are complete.

• Large orders will be held for review.
• We do not ship to freight forwarders or depot boxes.
• If the billing and shipping are not the same, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping Rates:

We do not offer free shipping.

Delivery:

Signature required on delivery.

USA:

US customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. Orders to the USA are usually shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost service. Once your parcel crosses the border to the USA, USPS becomes the shipping carrier. Occasionally we ship by Purolator Courier, a division of Canada Post. In this case, it will be UPS that becomes the shipper once the parcel crosses into the USA. Let us know if you have a preference. 

International:

For orders outside of Canada and the USA, we are currently not shipping.
