We know you want your order quickly, at the lowest possible cost, so we offer a fast and efficient system for order processing. Orders usually ship within 2 days. To ensure the fastest turnaround be sure to enter correct credit card and other information so there is no delay when verifying your information.

Order Verification

Our policy is to hold orders until all verifications are complete.

• Large orders will be held for review.
• We do not ship to freight forwarders or depot boxes.
• If the billing and shipping are not the same, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping Rates

We do not offer free shipping, however our rates of shipping by Canada Post Expedited are very reasonable. Plus, our toy pricing is very competitive. We also have a Toy Sense Customer Club to reward our customers.

USA

Orders to the USA are usually shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost service. Once your parcel crosses the border to the USA, USPS becomes the shipping carrier. Occasionally we ship by Purolator Courier, a divison of Canada Post. In this case, it will be UPS that becomes the shipper once the parcel crosses into the USA. Let us know if you have a preference. 

International

For orders outside of Canada and the USA, contact us directly for a shipping quote. In addition, we offer the option of paying through PayPal, for the convenience of International customers.
