PLEASE NOTE: Each ‘mystery’ bag contains one of the 12 characters available in this collection and, unfortunately,
we cannot accommodate requests for specific figures. If you purchase more than one ‘mystery’ bag, you may receive
two or more identical figures.

*To our Playmobil Collectors - We understand that as a collector the condition of the box is very important to you.  While we will never knowingly send you a damaged box, we cannot guarantee that the box will be in mint condition.   Also, much of our inventory is on our showroom floor and your boxes may have price stickers on them.  If we find that the item you ordered has damage to the box, we will email you with a photograph of the box so you can decide if you would like to proceed with the order.  Please email us if you have any questions. *
