A variant of the F-35, the F-35B is the short take-off and vertical landing (STOVL) version.

Can be built in vertical landing mode, or in flight mode.

Landing gear, canopy and weapons bays can be built open or closed.

Various air-to-air and air-to-ground weapons included.

Weapons can be armed within weapons bay and/or on external pylons.
